TRAINING SESSIONS FOR NEW MUMS AT INVERLEITH PARK

If you want to get fit, lose some weight, gain some confidence, reduce stress and boost energy levels come along and have some fun!

These sessions are designed to help new mums get back to their pre-pregnancy selves so feel free to bring babies in their buggies.

Just bring £5 along when you want to train.
